Intelligent Workflow Platform
Automating document-heavy workflows where a wrong answer is expensive, and why the human review step turned out to be the part that determined whether the system was worth running.
One write-up, in depth, rather than a catalogue.
I’ve written this at a level of abstraction that stays generic — no employer systems, no internal architecture, no proprietary detail — so it focuses on the problem shape, the decisions, and what I’d do differently. Most of what I’ve learned elsewhere ends up on the blog instead, where I can make an argument without implying more than I can show.
Happy to go deeper in a conversation — get in touch. The interesting parts are usually the decisions that didn’t make the summary.
